Interesting Gift Idea

After receiving the first order I contacted Gadget and asked for a refund. I received an automatic reply but no refund. I sent email requests several times with no response. The website says you have a guarantee but that is not true. Please refund my money and send a return shipping document, I'll be happy to return what was provided. It was so little I can't believe you charged $100 for this :(
